Terms of Service

1. Who we are

TagPop is provided by CRAZY TCG LIMITED ("we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16568768), registered office Unit 2, Ug, 77 Southampton Row, London, WC1B 4ET, United Kingdom. Contact: support@tagpop.co.uk.

2. What TagPop is

TagPop is software (a Chrome extension and a small print helper app) that reads the live-show information your own browser already receives and prints labels on your printer. It is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or supported by Whatnot, eBay, TikTok or any other platform.

3. Your subscription

4. Cancelling

You can cancel any time from TagPop (More → Subscription → Manage subscription). Cancelling stops future payments; you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. See Cancellations & refunds.

5. Using TagPop properly

6. Labels and accuracy

TagPop is a packing aid. Platforms can change how they work without notice, and printers, networks and settings can fail. Please check orders against your platform's official order list before posting. TagPop doesn't replace the platform's own shipping labels or order records.

7. Updates and availability

We update TagPop to keep it working and to improve it. We aim to keep it available, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will keep working with every platform, printer or computer.

8. Our liability

9. If you're a consumer

TagPop is intended for business use by sellers. If you are buying as a consumer, you have legal rights under UK consumer law that these terms don't affect.

10. Ending your access

We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, for example by sharing or reselling your licence. If we stop offering TagPop altogether, we'll give you reasonable notice and refund any period you've paid for but can't use.

11. Changes and law

We may update these terms; we'll tell you about important changes by email before they apply. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
