Setup guide

About 10 minutes, once per computer. You don't need a subscription to set up or print test labels.

1. Add TagPop to Chrome

Install TagPop from the Chrome Web Store, then click the puzzle-piece icon in Chrome's toolbar and pin TagPop. Click it to open the TagPop panel beside your show.

Early access: until the Chrome Web Store listing is live, we send early-access sellers an install link by email.

2. Install the print helper

The helper is a small free app that lets TagPop print silently. It has no window; it runs quietly when Chrome needs it. Download it here (Mac or Windows) and follow the three steps on that page.

Back in TagPop, open the Printer tab and press "I've installed it — check again". Step 1 ticks ✓.

3. Choose your printer and labels

4. Print a test label

Press Print a test label. If it's sideways, cut off or too faint, press the button that describes what you see — the preview updates as you go. When it looks right, press "Yes, looks good". TagPop asks again before each show.

5. Start your subscription

Start the 7-day free trial, copy the licence key from the welcome page, then in TagPop go to More → Subscription, paste it and press Activate.

6. Go live

Help

Stuck? In TagPop go to More → Copy info for support (it never includes buyer details) and email it to support@tagpop.co.uk.
