The short version: your buyers' details never leave your computer. We only hold what we need to run your subscription: your email, your licence key, and which computers use it.

Your buyers' data

TagPop reads the sales information your own show page receives (such as buyer usernames, items and prices) and uses it on your computer to number buyers and print labels. It is stored only in your browser on that computer. It is never sent to us, and we can't see it. You control it: TagPop deletes old shows after the period you choose (180 days by default), and you can delete shows yourself. For your buyers' data, you are the controller.

What we collect and why

We don't sell your data, and we don't use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.

Who we share it with

Stripe — payments and subscription billing.
Cloudflare — hosts this website and our licence service.

These providers may process data outside the UK, protected by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or adequacy regulations.

How long we keep it

While your subscription is active, and afterwards for as long as we must keep records for tax and accounting (normally 6 years for payment records). Licence and computer records are deleted within 12 months after your subscription ends, unless needed for a dispute.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or move your data, or object to or restrict how we use it. Email support@tagpop.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

We'll update this page if anything changes and tell you by email about important changes.
